The Recipe Program’s goal is to help customers create easy, healthy, and delicious meals using fresh local products found at the market.  For each of ten consecutive months, seasonal recipes from the area’s top chefs will be distributed at the market and will be available online.  These recipes will provide motivation for trying new dishes as well as new ingredients, thereby expanding the home cook’s repertoire.

Participating chefs for the 2017/18 season are:  Geoff Lazlo, Mill Street Bar & Table; Bill Taibe, The Whelk, Kawa Ni, and Jesup Hall; Jennifer Balin, Sugar & Olives; Brian Lewis, The Cottage; Jessica Bengston, Terrain Garden Café; and Phoebe Cole-Smith, PICNIC and Dirt Road Farm.
